My portfolio contains ETFs (or funds) these used to have a 3 letter ticker like FXI. Yahoo has changed these so that you have to renter the actual name of the fund and get a new 15 or 16 figure ticker like IE00B02KXK85EUR however half the time it cannot give this number and then on the occassions when it does after a few days it says no such ticker exsists. There is a message in red on the portfolios section telling you how to change the ticker which is producing these results I have been mailing them since december and have had almost identical communication from 4 people LEBO/CLYDE/GILBERT/EVELYN thanking me for my comments and helping Yahoo become a better place. About 3 weeks they acknowledged a problem with someone called Telekurs but since then silence despite mailing regularly. anyone help me get my portfolios in order again.

  1. Same problem for me. I have not found a workaround. It seems Yahoo "upgraded" their website a few months ago and broke something in the process.

I can't believe their QA team did not find this bug before they shipped.
