Is anyone having problems with channel 4 on demand?

Question

Recently channel 4 on demand keeps stopping and buffering, this happens every couple of seconds and it's quite frustrating!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash player 9 to see would this rectify the problem but I think it must be the site. any ideas would be appreciated, thanks
