Is anyone having trouble getting into a lobby in madden 09 for ps3?

every time i try to get into the lobbies option on online it freezes up but i can hear the back roundmusic but tthat'sit. iI'm thinking that there so many people trying to get in and the servers cant handle it

please help

The same thing happened to me about an hour ago. I wasn't playing online either i was playing superstar mode. It came to the screen to show me what the next play was and froze there. The game continued cause i could hear it in the background but the screen was frozen

same thing has happened to me over and over. i even took the first copy back the store. i called sony, they said to call ea. EA told me everyone is having the same problem and they really don't know why. hopefully they will have a fix for it in the next day or so.

Nope cause I have a 360 and since the xbox live isn't free it is not horrible. Get what you pay for I guess. We spend 50 dollars a year and get more content, more servers, better games!!
