Is anyone having trouble signing on to Zune marketplace?

Every time I try to sign in it says "An error occurred while connecting to Zune marketplace" is anyone else having this problem and how do you fix it?

I have not had that problem.  Try signing in a different way to validate your account:

Go to https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsig...

to login to your profile.  If your Live ID and password work here, then this means the problem is related to the Marketplace.  If it does not work here, then the problem is probably related to your ID.

It is the internet connection problem.  Make sure you have a good signal strength from your internet provider, then try again.
