Is anyone here good with Photoshop?

I have this image I drew:

and I want to get a computerized version where the image is white (inside the shield is also indigo, IHS has black outline) on an indigo background. Could someone create this image for me and send it to [e-mail] please? I would appreciate it a lot!

To do a good job, the size and resolution needs to be bigger please.
