Is anyone here having problems with DIRECTV billing???

i go from one month from about $83/month and the next thing you know, they're charging me $120/month.....

i call them and all of a sudden, my bill is back to $83/month...

what the F^(&)K is going on with these people????

    Tell them your story and billing stories. I'm sure they will have some great advice.

    It's likely that there isn't anything wrong with their billing system, but instead the one to blame might be you. You're obviously not looking closely at your bills (which, by the way, are insanely easy to read and understand) to determine what's extra. If you were, you wouldn't be asking what the F^(&)K is going on with them. Instead you would have had the issue corrected and be watching future bills for such occurances.

    My guess, though, is that you had either a renewing sports subscription that started billing again OR recurring credits that had expired. If it's the subscription it's easily fixed before the season starts, but if it's recurring credits then you would have to downgrade your programming in order to get it back to the price it was before.
