Is anyone in the no worker left behind program? How do they pay for your college?

Do they send you the check? Do they send it straight to the college? And do you get a refund check or do they give you the exact amount of your tuition? Do you have enough left over to pay for books etc.

Didn't find definitive answers to your questions. Call financial aid at the school you might attend - they should know exactly how the program works.
