Is anyone invest his black money with security as to return of principle as well as interest .?

If anyone invests with you his or her unaccounted money ,  how ill you account for it.  If you are a tax payer  , how will you explain to the income tax people as to the  source of this investment.

Will you also continue transactions in unaccounted business ?

But they divert such monies to their relatives and close

What do you mean by this added information..

Do you want to invest black money and asking the takers

that they should use it as a loan obtained against securties.

" Return of the same shall be backed by the security."

This sentence has no relevance  to " Amount invested should be used as secured loan."

definitely black money holders may not keep it in locker. they might be financing agaist documents without registered mortgage
