  1. For Italian fusion I would think Tiramisu for dessert. It began in New York, not sure of the date, but native Italians didn't make it in the home country. Now very popular there because foreigners order it..

  2. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/...

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fusion_cuis...

I've found Indian/Chinese, Cajun/Caribbean, French/Indian, East/West, and the list goes on. Hope this helps.

  3. lets see if i get it:

it can be:french -basque-france and spain, the north of spain.

any saldad really with a ginger -sesamee dressing becomes oriental...

american version of spaguetti and meatballs.in italy people do not mix in a plate the 2.never!or macaroni and cheese.cheddar simply does not exsist in italy...

in italy you will not find lasagne with the "ripply" sides.

sushis with cream cheese are an american version since there are non with cream cheese in japan-among other kinds of sushis that are an american invention...

in mexico to the japanese tepanyakki grilled food they add serrano chiles...which of course do not go on the original dish...

i hope this is sort of it...also now there are swiss chocolates with chile,green,red-chili...some with chile and exotic fruits such as mango and maracuyá..

  4. This has to be the oddest combo, but it works:
