Is anyone on here homeschooled? i go to Buckeye Online School?

Yes. My siblings and I are all home-educated. We're unschoolers/self-led learners/auto-didactic tho. so we don't 'go' to any online school, use any programmes or curriculum etc.

Up here, the term 'homeschool' doesn't exist. 'Homeschool' is seen as a contradiction in terms, a misnomer; you're either educated at home or at school. We say 'home-educated' instead, although our government is now trying to convince us we should be using the term 'community-based education' instead.

Kids who 'do' online school, correspondence school etc are not considered to be home-educated here; they're doing distance education.

Around here online schooling isn't considered homeschooling.

Nope! No one on this forum is Home Schooled!! We just come here to talk about it with our vast knowledge of the subject!

BTW my kids are home schooled and we use Sonlight!
