Question:

Is anyone really stupid enough to think Palin will have any power as VP?

Seriously, how many times has a VP done anything that really matters in the last 100 years?

And if by some chance, God forbid, McCain died after being elected President and Palin stepped in, she would still have more experience than Obama. Aand she still has to follow the laws so she couldn't make abortion illegal without passing a constitutional amendment. That requires more than she could muster.

So does it really matter what she personally believes? The Government is set up to prevent personal agendas from becoming law easily.

Relax!

  1. She does not have more experience than Obama!  Being a senator is much better experience than being a mayor of a town of about 6,000 or whatever and being governor of a state with less people than the city of Detroit for less than two years.  Should the mayor of my small  town replace Kirkpatrick (mayor of Detroit convicted with criminal felonies) then run for VP?  People give Obama a hard time for not having international experience, even though he just went on a world tour.  Palin has no NATIONAL experience and has only been out of the country once.  I'm worried what she'll do in office if McCain dies in office.  It's not abortion that I'm worried about.

  2. Yes it does matter to me.  I think most people worry about something happening to McCain and her taking over.  I would NOT want her to take over leading our country.

I simply cannot put my vote towards them if this is even a remote possibility and it IS a possibility.

  3. You may think she has more experience than Obama - but can she truly run the most powerful country in the world?  I don't think so.

It's not THAT important what she personally believes - as long as she is virtuous and knows her priorities.  She hasn't impressed me in those areas so far.

Also - her education is not impressive.  She has a four year degree in journalism from a little known college.

I'm just waiting for the debates.  Then we'll see who has the brains and the workable plan to run this country.

  4. I can't even fathom the chance of her being president. It's a chance I'm not willing to take.

  5. Well something that Palin does is that she does what she says. When she has a budget, she follows it, and when she wants something, she'll go do it.

  6. Not to worry...   If you believe that the Reps have any shot of winning the WH this November, I have some beach front property in Arizona, I would love to sell ya.
