Is anyone surprised that Kwame Kilpatrick got jailed?

It seems to me the guy is guilty. Why are people still supporting him? Is this a racial thing like OJ Simpson?

I really hope people have enough sense to boot him out of office.

I was surprise that he got jail time.  I thought Judge Giles will slap his wrist.

There are people will support him regardless what he done.

No, however, the mayor is playing the race card.

It is no surprise at all and I'm not judging him by the color of his skin but by the content of his character. The man is an idiot.
