Break any rule to satisfy the customer

Classroom set up orientation, E-learning, One on one training.

Recommendations for working with customers.

Be nice to them and usually they will be nice to you.

If a customer is angry be nice to them, go above and beyond and USUALLY (not always) they will leave happy.

iwas 10 years ago training OJT, worked my way up through the ranks, took 4 years! a good eductation helps alot! some basic academic degree can set up good starting out the gun so to speak as a asst. manager at $26,000.oo year easyly.
