Is anyone tired of these chanting people during political speeches?

At first I thought it was just the democrats that were bad at interrupting important speeches with chants, screams, cheers, and whistles but the republicans are doing it too!! I'm so embarrassed.

Is anyone as peeved about it as I am? I want to hear the d*mn speeches!
