I'm doing this for everyone who's trying to lose weight.

You have to be really dedicated & exercise for 30-45 minutes 3-5 days a week.

Breakfast: (7:00 - 8:00 am)

Egg whites with cheese & veggies.

Wheat toast. (make it into a sandwich if you want) & water

Brunch (snack): (10:00 - 11:00am )

2 types of fruit, cottage cheese or nonfat yogurt.

Wheat toast no jelly or butter & water

Lunch: (1:00 - 3:00 pm )

Tuna salad, or chicken salad sandwich with cheese on wheat bread & veggies. Carrots, celery, broccoli... & water

2nd Lunch (snack): (5:00 - 6:00pm)

Veggies & fruits. Any kind you want. with 0 or low calorie dipping sauce. & water...

Dinner: (7:00 - 8:00pm ) ( anyone who says eating after 6:00pm is unhealthy, is a liar.)

Salad. Chicken breast & brown rice. or pan fried or grilled Salmon & vegetables with lemon. & water...

No desert or fruit juices... If you really have a sweet tooth try sugarless gum, candy, or fruits.

I'm just trying to help...I went from 137 to 107 in 4 months. ( The last 5 lbs are hard to burn off) I' was 5 2" at the time.

Have fun :P ( I got bored & this is what I love to do )

  1. Why the H*** would you go from 137 to 104 in the first place? You are not even considered fat. If anything, you need to gain a couple of pounds; sorry.

  2. Congrats on the hard work, I know how difficult it is!  I went from 220lbs to 140lbs in about two years with hard work, dedication, and some help from the old South Beach diet.  But now I'm just eating sensibly and walking the dog for an hour a day.

  3. Heh, I'm trying to lose weight, so thanks :P

The only problem is I don't have all those groceries :|, and I rarely buy my own food.

You really had a lot of time on your hands to make this :)

    Lol, thanks again.

  4. thanks my dad is trying to loose some weight( well alot...like alot alot) so maybe this will help

  5. I have a 3 hour swim practice 6 days a week.  I'm also a cyclist.  I eat so much to compensate.

  6. I'm not trying to lose weight, because I'm not overweight, but I am eating better and exercising more than before.

Good luck with your diet and exercise regimen!

  7. Congrats on losing that much weight, although 107 seems a little light.  Whatever though, as long as you're happy and healthy!  Great job on this meal plan too.  I'm pretty knowledgeable about this stuff, and your plan is very sound from a health standpoint.  I have to start losing some weight, actually.  =(  I gained 5 pounds this summer.  I went up to 140 and I'm 5'7".  I mean, that's not fat by any means, but I just decided to stop working out this summer.  Stupid, yes.  But I just wanted to try a relaxing three months.  With school starting up, my schedule will be more routine, so I can workout again.

  8. haha

im not trying to loose weight[i think im good at 115] but that is a good diet to keep ppl full :)

    ps. how old r u?

  9. Yep! I am. I want to drop about twenty pounds. I'm five eight, and that will put me around one fifteen. A little less.

I became a vegan last week, which wasn't hard since I've been a vegetarian my entire life. So, no cheese. :[[[[

No dairy, no eggs, no meat, no sugar/junkfood -- with the exception of diet soda. I walk my dog an hour a day, which I consider exercise! :D

And I'm trying to eat about one to two carbs a day. My goal is to lose at least fifteen pounds by the New Year.
