Is anyone willing to help me, help a woman nearby me who is in need of help with her light bill?

she lost her dad and traveled to be with family and go to the funeral, she has 3 small children and I want to help her badly but I can't pay the whole thing. Is there anyone here who will help me help her? Her power os due to be cut off.

I have paypal and I have her electric acct# if anyone wants to donate directly to her electric company.

I understand i'm having the same problem my lights are due for cutoff Friday 4. My husband was laid off his job due to cutbacks. And it's me, him, my disabled father, and our 3 kids. I have called that 211 number there are not that many places where I live (small town) so they can't help me. So good luck and God bless cause I hope he works something out for us.

P.S and I have tried the churches in our area they all give to one church and they only help with $50.00 the first 3 days of the month to the first 5 people. So needless to say there are people out there overnight and with kids I can't do that.

She should be able to go to some churches for help or FIA if your city has it. P.S she could not call them to get onto a payment plan.

Where you do you live? I belong to a Homeless Committee that helps out in these exact situations. Depending on where she lives, there are agencies she can go to that will help her with her light bill.  Also, has she tried calling 211? It's a national line where people can go to get information on assistance in their area.
