This is becuase science never holds anything as ultimate truth. Thus everything seems to be considered a theory which is supported by evidence such as: evolution, gravity, etc. Yet, is anything ever considered a FACT in science, or just a theory which can possible be changed or corrected with further knowledge?

  1. Mathematical equations.

    1+1=2 is fact.

  2. We are definitely living on a big ball of gas water and rock, we call it earth...that my friend is all I know to be real...besides bad tacos.

  3. Many things are considered 'facts'.  How gravity works is a theory, but it is a fact THAT it works.  How evolution works is a theory, but it is a fact THAT it happens.  How electricity works is theory, but it is a fact that your computer works.  No theory is ever considered a fact on it's own - theories always have the possibility of being wrong.  But it's a fact that parts of it will work.
