  1. Dunno, I take two tblsps a day in Clamato (to kill the taste). Take down my e-mail and ask again Monday when my blood tests come back. I could have vinegar afazoozie.

  2. Americans have been crazy over vinegar ever since Dr. Jarvis wrote his book Folk Medicine in 1958. I've never heard of anyone having liver damage from it. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 tablespoons in a glass of warm water with an equal amount of raw honey. Some people take it with just one meal; others take it with every meal. So I'd say up to 6 tablespoons a day would be fine.

If you don't dilute it in water, it can damage the enamel on your teeth.

  3. An ounce a day is OK or even 2 ounces.  If you take it all at once make sure you dilute it with at least 2 glasses of water, preferably more, to avoid damage to your teeth, mouth, tongue, throat, oesophagus and so on.
