Is architecture mostly drawing?

freehand? or is it more about drawing with rulers and exactitude tools?

  1. no its very complicated it involves enguneering

Architecture involves all of that- freehand sketches at the start of a project or to quickly communicate ideas for changes to the design, drafting on drafting tables with triangles, etc (though being phased out in practice, it's still used in architectural education), and also drawing with computers- CAD, etc.

  3. no, it involves some computer programs (plural) (not just c.a.d.)

    a knowlege of engineering and physics

    a knowlege of building codes and laws

    a working knowlege of designe and aesthetics

    i think it requires more than 4 years of college,

    but that's just a guess on my part, they might be mindless hacks for all i know who are just lucky in life (but i kinda doubt it)
