I can't find it, its not amphetamine, but it might be an adrenergic like amphetamine.  I agree that chances are high that it is bioactive, probably psychoactive.

It's a phenylethylamine, and might be psychoactive, but it's not an amphetamine.

Look in "Phenylethylamines I have known and loved" at Erowid (Google them) to see if it's there.
