Is aruba or turks and caicos ok to visit in august? am concerned with hurricanes?

  1. Aruba is out of the hurricane zone.

    Depending which way the hurricane is traveling, Turks and Caicos could get the winds and rain.

    In August, I would go to Aruba. Better to be safe and not sorry.
