  2. Why would you transfer to another school? Why not just go to school if you're planning on going to school?

Since Texas does not have its own online public school, you can't guarantee that ANY online program will meet an individual high school's content requirements for subjects. They could reject the credits even if you attended a well-known private school.

As for transferable to college... High school credits don't get transfered to college, if that's what you mean. The credits don't matter as much as your admission test scores. As I've told you before, you don' t even need a high school diploma to get into college, so where your credits come from really doesn't matter. If the college-level courses are transferable... You'll have to talk to the college you want to attend. Each college can have their own grid for what they accept as transfer courses from other colleges.

  3. Are they transferable to another high school?  That depends on the individual school - they get to make their own rules about that.

To a college?  If you're doing college level work, transferring credits would depend on the individual college as well.  However, I don't know of any college that would have trouble enrolling you after graduating from Ashworth, as long as your transcript has what they're looking for and your test scores are up to par.  Ashworth doesn't offer much in the way of electives, so you'll want to take care of that out in the community, but TX tends to be pretty homeschool friendly.  That shouldn't be a problem.

From what I've seen of your questions, it doesn't look like you're planning to return to public high school before graduation.  You don't have to worry about your credits transferring anywhere, therefore.  The diploma that you get from Ashworth will be as legit as a diploma from anywhere else.

  4. the only way to get in one is to pass the accuplacer test they give
