Don't do drugs to attain it. That's dangerous. In fact, that's nonesense! It'll take a few tries to get the idea of what to do. You just have to keep trying! It takes a while. For some people, it takes a month. For others, it takes a year or two. But it IS attainable! Most people attain the skill within a month or so.
