  2. there are degree and diploma both for aviation course, but if u want to take my suggestion u should prefer a degree course and height should be at least 5'5".

  3. It is neither a diploma nor a degree. The FAA issues pilot certificates, not universities. You can earn pilot certificates by taking flight and ground lessons with a certified flight instructor, getting a medical certificate, taking written tests, and taking practical tests. There are many flight schools throughout the US, and there is probably one in your area.

Some universities offer flight training in combination with their classes, but it is in no way required that you train at a university, and doing so would increase your costs. You will want to have a college degree for your career as a pilot, but it does not have to be an aviation degree. In fact, many people recommend getting a degree in an unrelated field and then attending a flight school in your area.

There is no minimum height requirement to be a pilot.

You can search for flight schools near you on the following sites:

  4. degree can can only be awarded by a university.

it depends on where you study.

  5. My son just got his degree in aviation at UVSC in Provo Utah. You can get a B.A. or a M.A. degree at a college or university. From what I have seen, you can get a 2yr. A.A. degree at a junior college or a certificate. I`ve never heard of a diploma for aviation, maybe there is?

Checkout links at www.airportbusiness.com. The airlines sites are listed with all their requirements, good luck!
