Overall yeah its pretty decent, its like any other place. i agree its better than a lot of places but worse than a lot also. if you were to live in AZ id recommend you live in phoenix, Chandler or Gilbert or something. Its very Diverse, like some places are on the top while others are on the bottom

its wayy to hot and phoenix has like the highest kidnappings

and everything is so far away, unless you live in the middle of a city

I've grown up in Tucson, lived here my entier life.  I can never imagine moving.  Theres such a spirit to this place.  Yes, its a desert, but, if you can get a view of the catalina mountains, its amazing.  it's hotter then h**l in the summertime though, prewarning.  It is true, the less you wear the better. And if your a goth, Az, is not the place for you.  black= BAD IDEA! hehehe.  Hope I've helped.

Arizona is a GREAT place to live.  There is almost 4 million in the Phoenix metro area alone.  Flagstaff is great, Bisbee is small and very cozy.  Yuma is hot but very nice too.  My favorite is probably a toss up between Payson and Pinetop.

Honestly, coming from someone who lived in central arizona (i taught at a high school about 45 min north of phoenix) i would avoid arizona like the plague. the people were not at all friendly, the cost of living was high, most of the schools are atrocious (AZ is ranked dead last in per pupil spending) i just found it to be a very inhospitable overpriced place to live.

A million+ people can't be wrong.

But it does get freakin HOT!!!!!!! So the less cloth you wear the better, and it'll keep you cooler to....LOL

I moved here from upstae NY, 9 yrs ago, and I wish I moved here sooner.  I live about 100 miles north of phoenix and it isn't desert and it isn't hot as h**l like everyone says.  we are actually in a nice forest, ck it out.  Prescott, AZ

i love it.

northern arizona is very woodsy, kinda old timey.

phoinex is pretty modern, very hott, but its great if you like that.

theres alot of nice suburbs, really goos schools, parks everywhere, and the nights are always perfect temp. everyone has a pool itss greattt ahaha

Let's see, AZ is a hot desert with beautiful homes and beautiful people. It's not like Chicago or New York but if that's what you're looking for than go for it.  I'm more of a big city girl

I dont think it is a sustainable place to live. They import all their water from CO and UT. The amount of resources needed to power all the A?C units that run all the time is starteling. You really have to like sun and heat and dry to live there. I personally couldnt.
