  1. Prokaryotic.

    Eukaryotic means "true" nucleus.  Bacterium doesn't have a fully developed nucleus, therefore it's called "prokaryotic".


  2. A eukaryotic cell is a cell with a nucleus, which contains the cell's chromosomes.  Eukaryotic bacterium can be micro-organisms such as yeast, fungi, etc.
