Is ball speed of 105-116mph good enough?

Depends on the shaft you are using.

At this speed I think you should be having a serious look at stiff shafts.

A regular will be too whippy and will spray your shots so you won't get the maximum distance out of your speed.

well i don't know how old you are but at that speed that is actually what my club head speed is. unless that is what you meant. that kind of speed means your club head speed is about 80 or less so i think that would put you at about 200 yards with a driver. my ball speed with a driver is about 158mph. it goes about 275-285. hope this helps u.

There are too many variables on that one. What club are you using 110mph off a wedge and 110 off a driver are considerably different things. Then there's the ball type, the club type, the shaft flex.

That's a pretty good speed, though.

That's a pretty good speed in general, but how far it will travel depends on what club you are using to get that speed?
