  1. This is a difficult question because it depends on what your goal is. If you are looking for a long term gain, now would be a good time to buy. Financials are down right now, so it would be a good time to buy in at a lower price. If you do this, you should plan on holding on to it for a while because you won't have immediate gains. The market works in cycles; it has been proven over time. Right now the energy sector is the hot sector, while pharmecuticals and financials are not performing well. At some point energy will plateau and begin to drop while pharmecuticals and financials will begin to perform better.

As for the company itself, Bank of America is a well established bank and will be around in the long run. You eventually will make money if you buy now as long as you sit on it for a while.

If you are looking for a short term gain, look to catch a hot enegy stock (MXC,FPP ect.) on the right day. The best solution for long term gains are blue-chip companies such as Procter and Gamble (PG) that pay a good dividend and are proven money makers over time. Apple (AAPL) has the new updated iPhone coming out later this year that is expected to do really well, so upon the announcement of the release day, Apple will probably spike. Potash Co. (POT) is a fertilizer company that has been perfoprming well lately. Also take a look into solar energy.

    GOOD LUCK!!

  2. I would hold a bit longer especially after yesterday's news on bank downgrades.  I would suggest MCD.  Its been on a tear lately, but its exposure in Asia is only going to grow for a while.

  3. Long-term, BAC is a great choice since it's so big, it should eventually come out of the financial situation in better shape than most.  However, for the short-term, it's hard to recommend investing heavily in financials, you're better off investing in the tech sector which seems to be recovery far better than the rest of the market.

  4. I am buying now...and waiting for the long term profit it will give me.Plus Dividends!!

  5. it is still too risky.  wait a few more months
