Question:

Is bar soap better for acne over liquid?

I saw something online about it, Tyra Banks and Jen Aniston both use bar form soap to wash their face. I'm wondering if it's better to use the bar form to clear up zits instead of liquid and why? Right now I used Neutrogena Oil Free Facewash but I know they make it in bar form also and I was wondering which would be better if it makes any difference.

  1. Just to let you know, I have the bar. I was using it for two months,

    and saw no results.

Then I realized it dosen't fight acne it just cleans pores.

    and it barley treats them.

    I wouldn't suggest it.

Although the stars such as Tyra bank says it works, she's just getting paid to lie.

If you do want to see results

    try Oxy pads :]

  2. Well, the problem with most liquid soaps is that they have a lot of anti-bacterial ingrediants and after using this for a while the bacteria becomes used to it so the soap stops having any effect. It's called bacterial resistance.

  3. Don't know but check this

    1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

    2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

    3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.
