  1. Obama and McCain are the modern media's version of "Tom and Jerry".

    ...

  2. How about you guys (on both sides) make up your mind who Barack is like.

He's been compared to Jesus, Hitler, JFK, Carter, MLK, Reagan, Lincoln, Paris, Britney, Stalin, Lenin, and some guy named Mr. Mubutu; and that's just the ones I remember right off the bat.

I don't remember all these people being alike.  Obama can't be like all of them.  So make up your minds, already.

    Add-on:

Just in response to your question, he's now been compared to Neville Chamberlain, Nicolas Sarkozy, FDR, and now Tom and/or Jerry.

  3. History repeats itself, yes.

  4. The smarter people know you don't know what you're talking about.

  5. I do not think so

I don't believe he'll be conceding to anything....

    and oh yeah....

Not the smart people but the british will know who you are talking about....

  6. no i don't think so.  i think he's today's version of franklin roosevelt.  we need some solutions to the mess that the past 8 years have brought. obama wouldn't be my first choice, but at least he's not a bush apologist like mccain.

  7. I'd say Nicolas Sarkozy, the president of France would better fit your analogy with his cease fire between Russia and Georgia.

  8. yes he also wanted or rather tried appeasement of the enemy and to what effect did that help, we need no appeasement in the world of terrorist today it is a far different war that we fight and to back down one inch may mean totally gone, we should always take our lead from a country that has been fighting this for lots longer than us and that is Israel they do not bargain with terrorist they kill them that is all a terrorist understands strength and you can not get this strength by saying if you do not attack us we will send you goods and cash

  9. Yes Chamberlain was very popular in the U k even after the war started which is unbelievable to me However he did have 'them' as he did say what he did as a mistake

Just as an aside look what they did to Mr Churchill after the war They are a little coo coo over there
