  1. Fattening!!!!

  2. if has a lot of grease, and you add fries this makes it unhealthy.

  3. Beef is fairly nutritious if it isn't too fatty, it's got B vitamins and protein and iron. If the sandwich was on white bread of any kind you added a lot of empty calories, but stick it on a 100% whole wheat bun and you add fiber, which keeps you full, and more nutrients. Whole wheat takes some getting used to, but once you acquire the taste you'll never want anything else. Pickles are just pretty much a lot of salt and vinegar, which only matters if your blood pressure is salt sensitive. This is assuming it was dill or kosher or garlic, not sweet, which of course has lots of refined sugar. Beans are very healthy, eat more. If you're craving fries and can limit it to four every once in a while that's not so bad.

This lunch would have been a lot better with some fresh veggies of some kind. It also matters what you drink: soda is terrible on multiple levels, even diet soda, but iced tea or water is good.
