Someone who is coming from Nigeria to USA says immigration says they need to have this allowance!

  1. Nigeria??? Look it up in the dictionary and you will see the word means SCAM


  2. SCAM!!!  Nigeria is the home of most of the worlds scam artists!!! I have been there and lost about $500 "trying " to help him get here!! I would stop talking to them, or you could lose them same or more!!
