Is beef bulgogi unhealthy?

its a korean dish.

i was wondering if its healthy or not, cause i really like eating it!

is it healthy for an athlete to eat like maybe once a week?

  1. Once or twice a week... should fine.

    bulgogi can be high in sodium, fat and sugar.  I guess it depends upon the recipe used.


  2. Probably high in sodium so I would watch it if you have blood pressure problems, but other than that I think it's a lot healthier than most fast foods.

    Once a week should be perfectly OK

  3. I love it! I think the sauce would be the unhealthy thing. And it is high is sodium. So, in moderation.

  5. It's very healthy.  Make sure you roll it with lots of lettuce and kimchi.  All protein and good carbs.  Go for it.
