  1. Yes, it is safe (if it was unopened).  But it won't taste as good as fresh stuff.  I've done it....found a few bottles of Bud that was about 8 months beyond exp date.  I'm still here.

  2. No known pathogen can survive in beer or wine so it will be safe.

  3. it wont taste as fresh (crisp) but it wont hurt u

  4. Open it up and smell it.  If it's skunky, throw it out.

  5. Probably safe and flat, go for some new.

  6. Old beer doesn't spoil like old milk or cheese.  It just won't be as creamy and delicious as when it was fresh.

I don't understand how it could have gone two months without being enjoyed.  Were you out of the country for that long?  Next time you go on sabbatical please send me your beer.  It will never go beyond expiration date in my home.

  7. Don't drink it....here,I'll get rid of it for you....

  8. Fresh is usually better. I recently had a Kirin Ichibain (my favourite Japanese beer) with a born on date of Sep25th 2007 best within 180 days so it was over 2 months past the 180 days, was still good, but not AS good as I rembered it. Then again this beer is best with a good steak, and I had it after playing ice hockey for a couple hours.

  9. no. if it smells, then not of course, if not then its ok.

  10. It's going to taste horrible, but it won't be technically unhealthy for you. Sell it to some underage kids that will drink anything.

  11. If its 2 months from the expiration date, it might taste a little bad. But if not, it should be ok.

Get some fresh stuff if you're scared.

  12. yeah safe...but probably bitter...drink it if ya aint got nothing else.

  13. never been open sure it wont hurt just dont drink and drive

  14. As long has you haven't gotten it hot then cold repeatedly, it should be okay.

  15. If its new and sealed, it should be fine.

  16. Haha i would just taste it and see if it taste ok... I think it should be ok!! Just take a sip and if it taste bad or you start to vomit i would think about spending the 10 bucks and investing in a new case :)

  17. It's absolutely safe to drink. The expiration date on beer refers not to when the beer will "spoil" but the date by which the beer should be consumed for best flavor. Two-months-past-date beer is safe to drink, but may be a little flat.

  18. Back in the day I had some beers chillin behind the garage and I forgot about them.  They sat out there for at least a year in all kinds of weather.  In the summer...I had my friend crack one open and drink it warm for 20 bucks.  He did it and I'm sure it tasted horrible, but he's fine.  Those beers were over half a year past the "best by" date.  So I say yes, drink up.

  19. I would suggest that you not drink it because it has a "shelf life" date on it for a reason, anything past the shelf life date is considered spoiled.

  20. probably not safe..

    get some fresh stuff

  21. Safe? Yes.

    Tasty? Not so much.
