Is being a ChaCha guide a scam?

Is being an online ChaCha guide a scam? I have made over $100 dollars being a chacha guide and in order for them to pay you you have to give them personal information so you can either get a debit card or direct deposit to your checking account. I'm a little nervous to give this info out in case ChaCha is a scam. It's seems legit but does anyone know for SURE it's real?

I have been a ChaCha guide for two years. It is not a scam. You do not have to give your banking information if you don't want too. You can sign up for an account with First Internet Bank of Indiana and get paid into that account. You can not start working for ChaCha with out providing personal info like SS number for tax purposes. So if you have made $100 already, you have given your info
