Yes. It is but you must like people and planes especially planes if you don't like planes it makes no sense working on one for a while

Yes, if you enjoy people and travel. Dont expect to ever be rich. The salary is pretty low starting out but increases after a few months. You will be able to live a comfortable life style. Many people expect the job to be glamorous which it isnt.

Yes, for me the answer is :YES! It's a dream to work on a plane. Flight attendant, pilot, co-pilot= happiness.

Considering that the attrition rate for crew members (at the major not regional lines) is very low, I would say many find something rewarding about it.
