Is being a silpada representive a good investment?

I attended a silpada jewlery party for the first time, and I fell in love with the jewelry. I am now considering becoming a sales rep. myself but i am not sure if it will be worth it profit wise to invest the money to start.

I am a rep and I promise you it is well worth the investment!  You will make all of your initial investment back after your first 3-4 parties.  So basically you own all of your jewelry for free because you've made all your money back.  Then you are well into profit and with the average party commission at $225 that can really add up!  Selling the jewelry is not the hard part, keeping your calender busy with Home Shows or Book Shows is the work.  And it's not necessarily difficult, but that is the effort you have to put forth, not trying to be a sales lady and selling the jewelry, it sells itself!  I recommend that my team members book 3-4 parties (or more!) before you even send your paperwork in.  That way you are guaranteed to make that money right back and YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE because everything after that is profit!  But just because someone says yes is not a guarantee, it's not a party without a date!  Being a business woman is part of your job and keeping track of your expenses (all tax deductible in the end) versus your income is very important if you're worried about the time investment you are making as well!  Are you working with a rep already in regards to starting your own business?  If you are not I would be more than happy to get you all the info you need and help you on your way to starting your own business.  There's so much more I'd love to share with you!  You can e-mail me at [e-mail] and I can give you the link to my website and answer any questions you have!  If you send your name/address/phone info I can put a Business Opportunity packet in the mail for you if you don't have one yet!  Best of luck!  --Amber
