Sure it is.  You just start talking about something and something during the conversation leads you to talking about something else.  Then you may say that reminds me  of ------- and just keep on talking.

It's a skill like playing the piano.  You might love to do it and may or may not have a natural talent...but you still have to practice to be very good at it either way.

Sure of course it is.  It can be hard to just think of things to talk to someone about to keep their attention.I find it best to keep it random and unique not the same chat.
