  2. I'd call them qualities not skills, but that's fine (:

    It depends what job you're going for, obviously, but I'd suggest that employers might look for people with:

    good communicational skills,

    good teamworker,

    punctual,

    good leadership qualities.

Assertive is an excellent skill to have.  If I were writing a CV I would say that I can be assertive but not aggresive.  That way the interviewer will know you understand the difference.  Other good skills are being a team player but also able to use your own initiative.  Good luck with the CV!
