Is being on PC with glasses even worse and damaging?

It really depends on your prescription. Most of the time, it's better to read and use the computer without glasses, but like I said I really need to see your prescription to answer this correctly! If you use your glasses to see far away, then using them at the computer is making your eyes strain to see up close, which can cause your vision to decrease faster.

If your glasses are correct for your eyes, then sitting at a computer screen should not affect your actual vision, though you may get temporary eye strain.
