I don't know ANYTHING about netball, but I do know a little bit about academies. I go to Brighton & Hove Skill Academy for football and I love it. I go every Friday, other than when they are reassessing and in holidays. You get to play with people who are really good at the sport, learn a lot, and the training is alot better than your average team. The academy I go to also has a Centre Of Excellence where the REALLY good players go, and this is where they're likely to get scouted and turn professional. If you're serious about netball it will help you become a pro-netball player, and if you just see it as fun you'll enjoy yourself. Hope this helps :)
