Is being tall a good thing or a bad thing?

I am tall. im 13 and 5'8. i basically hate it. Is it good to be tall. i mean i know people are always telling me " you should try out for vooley ball and basketball" and i have gotten multiple offers to be a model.(every time i turned it down tho. mom says no. :( but i want your opinion. what do you think about tall girls?

I think tall is bad to the bone. Tall women are the sexiest. I think it's great and you will too once you get a little older and start to notice the attention you'll be getting. El premo.

its a great thing! you can do sports,modeling,reaching things stuff like that =p but seriously its good my friend is really really short and she would kill to be your height.

it might feel awkward while you're a teen,but just realize that once you get older it will feel more natural

No , its called being " UNIQUE " ! would you want all the girls to be 5'0 tall and no one is different? i think people should love their height. =)

i'm 5'8" too, but i'm 15.

and h**l to the no! it does NOT suck being tall :)

being tall gives you an air of sophistication and it makes you stand at a position of power. honestly later when you get a job, employers subconciously judge by that stuff - height, i mean. and besides, rock your height! watch everyone wear heels and you can wear flats and still be as tall. guys like taller girls. just wait you see, benefits of being tall will come to you :]

I'm gonna be 12 in October and I'm 5'5 O.O So it's normal for some people to be NORMALY tall, seeing as my best friend is 4'7 ^_^

i knew someone that was the exact same height as u when he was 13 but he never grew after that...so by the time i caught up, he ended up being shorter than me...lol

im 22 yrs old and im 5'9 1/2 i used to hate it too bc i was (and still am) always taller then all of my girlfriends and a few guys. but the older i got the more i accepted it and started liking it i like intimidating people lol and i cant tell you HOW many guys have said they think tall girls are s**y im always getting hit on...by tall and short guys. long legs are always a plus! so embrace it its a good thing!
