Question:

Is believeing in Global Warming like believing in UFO's?

Many people believe in UFO's. Sightings have been reported by many honest citizens with impeccable reputations who have nothing to gain and everything to lose by reporting that they saw UFO's.

Many pilots, both military and civilian have reported seeing UFO's, and UFO's were even reported by NASA astronauts!

But why do they believe in UFO's? There is no proof, nothing tangible to suggest that there are UFO's. All we have to go on to believe UFO's are real is the word of others.

Is this like global warming? No one knows what the climate will be like at any time in the future. Any statement that does try to predict is just a guess, as there is no evidence, nothing anyone else can do to independently prove or verify the opinion of the group.

Isn't global warming just like UFO's? You believe just because you want to believe?

  1. LOL, 30 years ago the same nuts said we were heading to another Ice Age!

Al Gore claimed that the deadly Myanmar cyclone, which struck on May 3, could be a result of alleged man-made global warming. "the trend toward stronger and more destructive storms appears to be linked to global warming," stated Gore.

But scientists disagree, saying there is no way to link any single weather event to CO2 and global warming.

Using tragedy to advance an agenda has been a strategy for many global-warming activists. It was just a matter of time until someone found a way to link Cyclone Nargis and global warming.

There is indeed a stupid tendency for people to now blame everything that happens in weather on global warming and the blame game has reached a level of hysteria

  2. Global warming is real to a certain point, green house gasses cause the earth to heat up, and polution in the air causes more gasses, therfore the globe with warm, but at a pace by which no one really knows, Ask god, he'll help you.

  3. It's one of the greatest conspiracies out there, lol.

  4. No, there is an alternate hypothesis to describe UFO sightings.

There are many well defined optical phenomena that are reproducible and verifiable that account for the images perceived.

There are no credible alternate hypothesis to AGW.

  5. I haven't seen one, but I'm open minded

  6. The evidence for UFOs is far more compelling.

  7. Global warming is a real problem! It isn't just a hoax. The world's climate is on the verge of an irreprable change and if we don't do something it's going to get worse.

  8. we are like.000000000001% of the entire universe. i think the percentage of other life forms outside earth is very high

  9. first i wanna tell you that all the UFO thing you see over the internet like pic. or videos are done under  photoshop. second if you go back the Quran book of the muslims it's said by god that he only created earth and the other planets that you know..!! and there is no life other then earth...!!! so the UFO thing if a fraud and you can say a fairy tail 'cause it's approved even by all the relegions that thee is no thing called UFO's.

so going back to global worming, it's not a myth or a UFO, it's a scietific thing. and we are goin through globel worming due to pollution. and the amount of CFC in the air is making a hole over the north of the earth wich is letting alot iof sun light get in and it's not letting the ozone layer filter the light from infra-red light. so it's wrong to beleive it as a UFO.

hope it's the best answer...!! that's all i have..!!!

    :D
