Is bella pierre make-up and bella terra make-up the same?

I went to the mall 6 months ago and it had a bella pierre kiosk but when i went back it was a bella terra kiosk. I was wondering if they are the same company or not.

I went through the same thing. and since they had similar colors I decided to try Bella Terra and it think that the Quality is much better. the price is just a little high for me but its worth it. I am trying to find somewhere I can purchase cheaper. I tried ebay. Only one seller has it. Beauty_Seduction. But I guess you need an ebay account.
