well i dont know if berlin is but i know that CROATIA  is a beautiful place in sommer!it has the best and the cleanest beaches in europe, there are partys every night with popular DJ'S , and croatian history is very interesting .but depends what kind of person you are , partydude or smartbutgood,in both cases Croatia would be your top destination !
