Organisms composed of just two cells are definitely possible.  Angiosperm pollen grains are one such example.  Although we don't often think of pollen grains as living organisms, they constitute the male haploid generation of flowering plants.  In many species, pollen grains are composed of only two cells, one vegetative and one reproductive.  The reproductive cell ultimately produces the sperm necessary for fertilization.

    so if we examine clearly our own human body it clearifies that our body composed of lots of cells not just 2 so it makes clear that yes bi-cellular life is possible!
