Is bike riding a good way to burn alot of calories?

will you lose weight by just bike riding like 10 miles a day and eating right??and if so what about losing weight in the stomach whats best for that?

  1. deffinately that is enough. Eat right and keep a minimum of 30 minutes exercise per day,and you'll see some results, but if you want to see them quicker, try 60 minutes of exercise a day, or use higher intensity for shorter amounts of time. Like at the gym, i burn 400 calories in 20 minutes on the stationary bike because i have the intensity very high.  


  2. Bike riding is good exercise anytime.It will make you hungry though so you should be careful of what you eat after riding.Sit ups usually work for the tummy.It will take a while.

  3. depends on how fast you are. But generally it is a good form of exercise and with the right diet you should lose weight. i love Pilate's for the abs.

    it's healthiest to lose 1-2 pounds a week.anymore would be considered unhealthy.

    but if your eating right and exercising you should be good.it seems like you know what your doing.
