  1. Riding your bike may help you to re-shape your thighs indirectly.  You are asking whether or not it is possible to spot reduce and science has proven that this is not possible.  Bike riding will help you to burn fat from allover your body, so yes, you will lose some fat from your thighs if you are holding fat there.  In addition to the biking, you should also include some weight training as well as a healthy, low-fat diet.  Good luck.

  2. Will bicycling change your thighs ... yes, it will make them firmer and probably larger. It won't appreciably effect inner thighs though (except as part of a general loss of body fat if you bike lots).

Bicycling is a great way to burn calories in a fairly musculo-skeletal-friendly way (cf running), but you need exercises that tones the muscles in the area of concern to have any hope of local or spot improvement (and the effectiveness of exercise for spot improvement is questionable at best) --- and cycling doesn't target the inner thighs (you need lateral movement for that, like skating or some swimming strokes).

  3. could - but roller blading is better for inner thighs. they say there is no better leg workout than roller blading.
