Biporal depression is different from general depression. As in general depression, a person lacks complete interest in all the activities of life. One holds a very low impression about oneself, and negative thoughts flood in mind. One is unable to inculcate energy to do anything.

While on the other hand, a person suffering from the Bipolar depression is extremely confident, and has high energy level, with a wavering mind and an inner desire to talk alot. One lacks in determination to complete the task at hand, and has a confused mind.
