Is black culture influencing white culture to the extent that white people act much more like black people?

Is there a difference between the way young white people behave in the USA today than the way they did in the past? Are they being influenced by black culture?

They're being influenced by this rap "music" out today.
There's nothing wrong with the older rap, but artist like Wocka Flocka, or whatever his name are IGNORANT.
This music is terrible for children of any race to listen to.
